Beloved brethren, cleanness is not merely an outward act, it is a spiritual calling that reflects our relationship with God. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, how we live, think, speak, and care for ourselves matters deeply to God.
Don’t quit, and don’t give up. The reward is just around the corner. And in times of doubt or times of joy, listen for that still.

As Seventh-day Adventists, we are called to uphold principles of health reform, moral purity, orderly living, and spiritual discipline. Clean thoughts, clean speech, clean homes, clean churches, and clean lifestyles all testify of a God who is holy and orderly. Ellen G. White reminds us that “true sanctification is harmony with God”, and harmony begins with purity.
